If necessary, the equipment may be requested for physical review. The client must send it to our offices with the following address:

*Equipment that is sent or delivered without prior authorization will not be accepted.
A report will be prepared and sent to the equipment manufacturer, who will be responsible for validating the warranty. In case the guarantee is validated, the client will be informed of the process and the waiting times of each manufacturer. (Shipping cost charged to California Heaters).
On the other hand, in the event that the equipment does not present the defect reported or the guarantee is rejected because it is determined to be caused by a damage caused or NOT covered within the scope of the manufacturer's warranty and not a defect in the product or materials, the Customer must pay the total cost of the shipment for the return of the equipment.
The specific terms of warranty by manufacturer vary, and are contained in the website of the same. If you do not have the information, you can request California Heaters current policy for each manufacturer.
Solaira Infrared Heater Fixture Warranty (excluding emitter bulb, see below)
All SOLAIRATM INFRARED HEATERS (primary fixture excluding emitter bulb, see details below) are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for THREE YEARS FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. This warranty is not applicable in the case of damage from accidental mishap, incorrect use, abuse or damage due to installation that was not expressly outlined in the instruction manuals. This warranty does not apply to damage as a result of electrical installation of specified voltage to supply that is GREATER than 6% of voltage specified on the nameplate.
Solaira Emitter Bulb Warranty
Solaira Commercial Grade S-Wave EMITTER LAMPS are warranted against defect in workmanship and materials for ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. This warranty is not applicable in the case of damage from accidental mishap, incorrect use, abuse or damage due to installation that was not expressly outlined in the instruction manuals. This warranty does not apply to damage as a result of electrical installation of specified voltage to supply that is GREATER than 6% of voltage specified on the nameplate.
Solaira Controller Warranty
Solaira Controllers are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE and installed within the guidelines of the instruction manual by certified Electrician to all local, state and National Electrical Code Requirements (N.E.C.). This warranty is not applicable in the case of damage from accidental mishap, incorrect use, abuse or damage due to installation that was not expressly outlined in the instruction manuals. This warranty is not applicable installation completed by individuals that are not certified electricians and/or not installed to requirements of local, provincial/state and National Electrical codes (N.E.C.). Inforesight Consumer Products Inc’s liability for any warranty remedy shall be limited to either the repair or replacement of the defective device, at the sole discretion of Inforesight Consumer Products Inc.
ALL CLAIMS FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY MUST BE RECEIVED BY INFORESIGHT CONSUMER PRODUCTS INC. NO LATER THAN THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE END OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD. THE PRODUCT(S) WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY GIVEN BY INFORESIGHT CONSUMER PRODUCTS INC. MAKES, AND THE PURCHASER RECEIVES, NO OTHER WARRANTY EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE, AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED HEREFROM.
The purchaser may exercise rights to warranty coverage by notifying INFORESIGHT CONSUMER PRODUCTS INC. in writing of a warranty claim. All claims for warranty coverage will be processed in accordance with INFORESIGHT CONSUMER PRODUCTS INC. Warranty Procedure then in practice. Product(s) authorized for return under this warranty provision by INFORESIGHT CONSUMER PRODUCTS INC., shall be suitably packaged for return by the purchaser and shall be shipped freight prepaid to INFORESIGHT CONSUMER PRODUCTS INC. by the purchaser. The purchaser shall pay all return freight charges for Product(s) serviced and returned to the purchaser under this warranty provision.
This warranty shall be void with respect to Product(s) that has been either modified or repaired by unauthorized sources. This warranty shall also be void with respect to Product(s) which has been damaged as the result of misuse, neglect, improper packaging for return shipment to INFORESIGHT CONSUMER PRODUCTS INC. excessive voltage or with respect to Product(s) which has been operated contrary to current instructions relating to installation, maintenance or operation.
Product(s) returned by the purchaser which do not meet the warranty criteria as defined herein will be returned to the purchaser or disposed of as agreed upon by both parties or disposed of at INFORESIGHT CONSUMER PRODUCTS INC. discretion if no agreement is reached within thirty days. All freight and handling for such invalid warranty returns will be charged to the purchaser.
California Heaters may accept the return of a product as long as it complies with each and every one of the conditions set forth in the following Returns Policy:
- The maximum period to receive a return of the product will be 10 business days from the date of invoicing.
- The product must be complete, closed and in perfect condition for sale. Seals, packaging, manuals and accessories must be original.
- Freight charge will not be refunded.
- Any refund will be refunded by means of a credit note, applicable to a current or future invoice. In no case will be refunded in cash.
We inform you that for any reason you can accept a product in return even if you have received confirmation if you meet any of the following cases:
- The product was used.
- Packaging or product boxes have non-original labels or are violated.
- It is scratched, bumpy, dirty or with another form of abuse.
- The packaging or boxes are not original or are open.
- The product has been ordered upon request or has been sold by a special promotion.
